Tom Hollowell holds the position of Vice-President at the International Orienteering Federation (IOF) since 2022. Notably, he served as the Secretary General and CEO of the IOF from 2015 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role in orchestrating the strategic and commercial transformation of the organization. His efforts were directed towards enhancing the visibility of orienteering, primarily through the expansion of broadcasting and streaming capabilities.

Tom is not just a leader in the boardroom but remains an avid participant in orienteering, actively engaging in masters competitions. In addition to his IOF role, he is a valued member of the ARISF Council and the IMGA Executive Board, contributing to the development of sports on a global scale.
