Ross Tanner

Ross Tanner is a seasoned sports media professional with 20+ years industry-leading experience for sports media rights holders, federations, football clubs and media agencies across the world.

He started his career producing and directing video content for a variety of clients, including the UEFA Champions League, The English FA, The English Football League, Chelsea and Arsenal Football Clubs. He then spent 7+ years growing the Stats Perform (Opta) business, where he advised broadcasters, governing bodies, federations, and leagues, on how to leverage sports data to increase fan engagement and associated revenues through advertising and sponsorship.

Today Ross has entered the world of AI, where he runs Magnifi’s new business growth in Europe, Middle East and Africa for the company’s flagship enterprise solution offered by VideoVerse. Magnifi’s proprietary AI models extract match highlights and key moments from broadcast content and auto-produce social ready clips for fans across all platforms.

He is a father of two children and lives in Surrey in the UK.
