Gregor Swinney
Scottish swimmer and record holder 50m Butterfly
A member of the Scottish National Senior Team, Gregor represented Scotland at the Birmingham Commonwealth Games. Winning a bronze medal as part of the Scotland 4×100 Medley Relay team. Gregor is also the current Scottish Record holder in the 50m Butterfly.
In 2020 Gregor attained a 1st Class Honours degree in Business Enterprise from the University of Strathclyde. He currently works as an Autism Support Worker alongside his swimming training.
Gregor is passionate about mental health as someone who suffers from chronic depression. It is his hope that by sharing his experiences he is able to help those who also struggle with mental health.
