Alana Vought
Alana Vought is the for the City of Gold Coast’s Olympic and Paralympic Games Brisbane 2032, (The Games). The City of Gold Coast is pursuing a transformational agenda of bringing our community together to embrace and elevate the unique lifestyle of the Gold Coast whilst driving new opportunities for the region’s economy, improving the region’s liveability, enabling community connectedness and inclusion and maintaining an outstanding natural environment and landscape. Alana’s role incorporates governance, legacy and sustainability for The Games.
Prior to commencing this role, Alana held a similar role in the City of Gold Coast’s 2018 Commonwealth Games Unit.
Finally, Alana is a Gold Coast local, passionate about the region and in leading and contributing to the creation of a strong and diverse economy whilst ensuring sustainable growth and the retention of the enviable lifestyle that all residents and visitors to the area can continue to enjoy into the future. Alana passionately supports the City vision to be inspired by lifestyle and driven by opportunity.
