The International Working Group on Women and Sport is the world’s largest network dedicated to advancing gender equity in sport and physical activity, and is aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals. We’ve welcomed over 600 signatories to the Bright Plus Helsinki Declaration from organisations who have committed to our shared goals. Our Insight Hub collects research, case studies, tool kits and insights from global partners.
We will host the Global Summit on Women and Sport, the largest of its kind, in July 2026 in Birmingham, UK.
